Is your Dark Goddess Calling?

Step into a sacred weekend devoted to transformation, reclamation, and the deep feminine.
A Journey into the Shadow Heart...
Learning to listen to the body instead of fighting it.

Who
The Dark Goddess is not an external deity or a costume to put on.
She is the embodied archetype of the feminine that has been exiled, shamed, or silenced across generations.

What
This immersive, three-day retreat is designed for womb-holding and female-identifying beings who are ready to explore somatic and psychological expression within a trauma-informed container.

Together, we reclaim the body as a source of intelligence and allow discomfort to become information rather than dysfunction.
Why
Many of us were never taught how to listen to our bodies, only how to override them.

Over time, ignoring sensation, emotion, and intuition becomes normalized. What begins as self-protection can turn into chronic tension, emotional disconnection, burnout, or a quiet sense of being cut off from oneself.

This work exists to create a safe, structured space to slow down, reconnect with the body’s intelligence, and practice responding instead of fighting.
When the body is listened to, clarity increases, regulation becomes possible, and self-trust can be rebuilt.
This is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering how to listen.

Where
Held at the serene Valaterra Retreat Center, this gathering offers a supportive, heart-centered container to meet the parts of yourself often hidden, softened, or suppressed. Rediscover the wisdom and strength that rise when you meet your shadow with compassion.
What Awaits You...

Digital Detox
Your journey begins with a gentle digital detox, allowing you to step into presence. After settling in, we gather for our Opening Circle to meet the archetypes of the Dark Goddess and establish our shared agreements.
The evening session, “When Grace Has Teeth”, inspired by Kali, awakens fierce compassion and clears the path for the transformative work to come.

Meeting the Dark Goddess
Saturday guides you through the triple wisdom of Hecate and the mythic descent of Persephone. Through movement, meditation, creative practice, breathwork, and sound, you’ll explore:
-
The Maiden: curiosity, play, innocence, victimhood
-
The Mother: compassion, emotional truth, embodied listening, maternal projection
-
The Crone: discernment, release, sovereignty, unsolicited wisdom
Throughout the day, optional Reiki sessions, oracle readings, and professional guidance will offer deeper alignment and reflection.

Sacred Rage
As evening unfolds, we open our hearts with a Cacao Ceremony and enter into Sacred Rage Ecstatic Dance, inspired by Lilith. This alchemical space will initiate emotional release, liberation, and movement medicine.
Drum Wash
Our final day begins with a Drum Wash Ceremony and a period of Noble Silence to settle the body and integrate insight.

Sacred Sexuality
We then enter the Sacred Sexuality Circle, a guided, discussion-based exploration of pleasure and sensuality as inherent human experiences. This conversation focuses on understanding conscious indulgence through the lens of reverence, boundaries, and self-responsibility rather than excess or performance.
This portion of the workshop is educational and reflective in nature. There is no nudity, physical contact, or sexual activity, and participants are always invited to engage at their own comfort level.

Queen's Feast & Coronation
The Queen’s Feast is a shared meal centered on conscious indulgence. An opportunity to enjoy nourishment with presence, gratitude, and intention rather than excess or restriction. This gathering invites participants to slow down, receive, and integrate the day’s reflections through conversation and connection.
Following the meal, we move into a symbolic coronation, acknowledging personal sovereignty, self-respect, and the wisdom cultivated throughout the experience. This coronation is reflective and inclusive, offering a moment of recognition and integration rather than performance or ritual obligation.
