Dark Goddess Weekend Outline
The Dark Goddess Retreat follows a fluid, intentionally paced schedule that balances guided experiences with spaciousness for rest and integration. Programming will include movement, breathwork, ritual, creative expression, and group facilitation, with optional offerings woven throughout.
All experiences are invitational, not mandatory. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, honor personal boundaries, and engage at a pace that feels supportive. This retreat is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and while facilitators are trained to hold compassionate space, each participant remains responsible for their own well-being, choices, and level of participation throughout the weekend.
