$488 – Three-Night Stay (Thursday–Saturday)

For those who wish to arrive on Thursday evening and depart on Sunday at 10:00 AM, offering the full arc of the retreat and additional time for integration. This option provides the most immersive experience of the weekend.

$444 – Two-Night Stay (Friday–Saturday)
This option offers accessibility for those with weekend availability and provides a rhythm of arrival, activations, and immersions within the retreat container.

✧ Deposit & Payment Information

Early Bird $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all tiers and secures your spot in the retreat.

This deposit is included in the total cost of your chosen stay.

This option commits you to an installment plan toward standard pricing:

• $555 - Three-Night Stay

• $488 - Two-Night Stay

✧ Cancelation & Refund Policy

I understand that life happens, and I aim to be as transparent as possible about retreat logistics so participants can register with clarity and confidence. The policies below support thoughtful planning, facilitator coordination, the integrity of the retreat container, and honor both participant needs and logistical commitments:​

• If a participant needs to cancel for any personal reason, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded up until the retreat start date.

• If a personal cancellation occurs, transferring your registration to another participant is encouraged, *Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or request a transfer so that appropriate adjustments can be made.

• Once the retreat begins, refunds are no longer available, as preparation, space, and facilitator arrangements have already been finalized.

• If the retreat must be canceled by the organizer or due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made, including the $100 deposit, will be fully refunded.

Retreat programming concludes Saturday evening at 8:00 PM.
Optional check-out is available for Sunday morning at 10:00 AM.
