Retreat Prices and Refund Policy

I believe clarity creates trust. This page is here to offer transparent information about retreat pricing, payment options, and cancellation policies so you can register with confidence and care.

Retreats require thoughtful preparation, facilitator coordination, and reserved space. The pricing and refund policies outlined below help support that planning while remaining fair and respectful of the realities of life. Dark Goddess Retreat

Pricing & Payment Information

Total Retreat Investment: $555 USD

A non-refundable deposit of $155 USD is required to reserve your space.
The remaining balance of $400 USD may be paid in full or through a flexible payment plan arranged directly with the host.

  • Three-day immersive retreat experience

  • Guided discussions and educational workshops

  • Gentle somatic and embodied awareness practices

  • Creative reflection and integration experiences

  • Group meals and communal gatherings

  • Queen’s Feast and symbolic coronation

  • Use of retreat space and shared accommodations

  • Trauma-informed, choice-based facilitation

Optional Complimentary Add-Ons:​

  • One-on-one Reiki sessions

  • Oracle readings

Optional offerings are available during designated integration periods

What’s Not Included:​

  • Transportation to and from the retreat center

  • Optional one-on-one sessions

  • Personal expenses

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

​I understand that life happens, and I aim to be as transparent as possible about retreat logistics so participants can register with clarity and confidence. The policies below support thoughtful planning, facilitator coordination, and the integrity of the retreat container.

  • The $155 deposit is non-refundable and secures your space while supporting retreat preparation, coordination, and administrative costs.

  • If a participant needs to cancel for any personal reason, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded up until the retreat start date.

  • Once the retreat begins, refunds are no longer available, as preparation, space, and facilitator arrangements have already been finalized.

  • If a personal cancellation occurs, transferring your registration to another participant is encouraged, pending organizer approval.

  • Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or request a transfer so that appropriate adjustments can be made.

  • If the retreat must be canceled by the organizer or due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made, including the $155 deposit, will be fully refunded.
