Join us for a transformative three-day retreat at Valaterra Retreat Center in La Grange, Kentucky.The Dark Goddess Retreat offers a supportive, heart-centered space for womb-holding and female-identifying beings to explore personal growth through embodied movement, reflective practice, and restorative connection. Together, we’ll honor the shadow as an integral part of healing and rediscover the strength, softness, and wisdom that live within us all.
Through somatic movement, meditation, creative expression, breathwork, and sound, we will explore what it means to practice conscious consumption—to become aware of what we take in physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Every word, every image, every exchange is energy we metabolize. This awareness invites sovereignty: the power to choose what sustains us and what can finally be released.
