My medical profession journey began in 2003 as a nursing assistant and I graduated and obtained my license as a registered nurse in 2006. I have had a wide range of experiences over the last almost 20 years from cardiac care in the hospital, hospice, quality review and now Holistic health.
I began to see troubling patterns within the medical system. Cycles of treatments were being administrated that either caused or perpetuated chronic illness with no consideration to address the root cause. This path led me to a quality review nurse position in 2018, where I noticed how the mainstream medical system seemed designed to sustain illness, instead of resolving it. My observations were confirmed during the 2019-2020 "global health crisis." I questioned hospital protocols and challenged the status quo, only to be marked a dissenter within the system and was displaced in 2021.
My disillusionment with conventional medicine redirected me towards regenerative medicine where I embrace the body's natural healing response through clean living, positive thoughts, and energy therapies. Now, in 2025, I dedicate myself to supporting individuals in achieving true wellness as an independent health manager with Impact Health. As an accountability partner, I work to help clients heal with personalized strategies that respect and heal the whole person, not just their symptoms. I feel compelled to challenge the conventional medical narrative with a holistic approach and my commitment to compassion has been my guiding force.

My view on life? Definitely not normal—more like a sci-fi comedy with a twist of "what if?"

200 HR Certified Yoga Instructor, Briana Bell or otherwise known as "Breezy", wishes to share with others that movement can be a sacred healing tool to guide us back home to ourselves. She believes in combining the magic of conscious movement, the power of our intentions and thoughts, and the natural wisdom of our bodies to activate one's most bold, free, unapologetic, and fulfilled self. She is passionate about living wildly. She aims to inspire others to fiercely move old stories out of the body and lovingly release anything that is holding one back from discovering their limitless potential. She is the creator of Moving Mandala Magic inspired by the ancient geometrical pattern, the Mandala. "The Mandala represents our soul evolution. We embody this symbol by flowing from posture to posture around the mat, creating a full 360° rotation, facing all sides, synchronizing each movement with our breath, adding layers with each sequence, building and growing from the center, constructing the shapes within this powerful Mandala pattern, signifying our own spiritual journey." Along with Mandala Magic, she also is passionate about sharing sound healing using a variety of instruments such as crystal and tibetan singing bowls, the crystal pyramid, shamanic drum, chimes, and more. Breezy is a part of a flowarts performance troupe called Anima Ignis, latin for "soul fire", using props like hula hoops, levitation wand, dragon staff, and even fire eating. She has a small business called MystikWithin where she showcases her wire wrapped crystal jewlery, elven tiaras, mythical headdresses, elf ears, and all things magical! It is Breezy's mission to help others discover the mystical around each of us... and to deeply know the magic within!
